I've been playing the piano since I was 7. I'm now 19 and studying music at Canterbury Christchurch University.
My album,
Without Words, is inspired by the music of Ludovico Einaudi, Craig Armstrong and Steve Reich.
I performed a Steve Reich piece at the Royal Albert Hall with my school percussion group in 2003.
This was the highlight of my musical career so far. Because my influences are so varied, from Debussy to Paul Weller, I also write Indie music and play the guitar and piano in a band. I get the same high from doing acoustic sets in my local pub as I do from performing classical music in front of large audiences. Music means something different to everyone but it's the one thing that unites everyone.
